With fewer young people entering the trades, the challenge was to reframe these careers as exciting, skilled and genuinely rewarding. The idea was simple: meet students where they are and speak their language. By combining collectible style trading cards with short, energetic video content, the campaign introduces trades as real career paths — not just jobs — and positions Checkatrade as a brand actively investing in the future of the industry.
